All On Four

All on 4 is a new approach that allows the replacement of all the teeth in a jaw, with a fixed prosthesis, using only 4 implants, in a fast and minimally invasive procedure.

In the majority of cases of edentulousness, implantation is the best solution to replace the teeth. However, some people do not meet the anatomical requirements for the installation and are discouraged by the additional interventions which are then offered to them to remedy this problem, synonymous with pain, prolonged treatment duration and additional costs.

With the All on 4 technique, almost all patients can benefit from new teeth within the day. The implementation is very well tolerated and the cost is significantly lower. The success rates are more than 98% traditional implants.

After a clinical and radiological examination in 3D, we formulate all the possibilities to make the choice of the treatment plan, Once the prosthetic and aesthetic project has been validated, the next phase is the surgical phase which allows the implants to be positioned in accordance with the treatment plan considered. In most cases, a temporary prosthesis can be attached to your implants on the day of surgery.

A healing period, from 2 to 6 months depending on the situation, must be observed for the placement of the implants. Immediate or early loading is possible, in order to overcome the uncomfortable waiting period. Once the implants are integrated, recording their position allows us to make the final prostheses placed.
